The trial run video showcases the equipment in actual operation, demonstrating smooth conveying performance, stable running conditions, and reliable system operation, ensuring readiness for future laboratory applications.

        As an important auxiliary component in laboratory sample preparation and material handling systems, the conveyor is designed for the continuous transportation of ore samples, aggregates, and other granular materials over short distances. It can be integrated with laboratory crushers, vibrating screens, grinding mills, and other testing equipment to create an efficient and automated sample processing workflow while reducing manual labor requirements.

        The tested conveyor is equipped with a 400 mm wide endless nylon belt and has an overall length of 3 meters. It is designed to handle material throughput of up to 500 kg/h, making it suitable for laboratory-scale sample processing. The belt speed ranges from 0.8 to 1.0 m/s, providing stable and continuous material transfer. Power is supplied by a 0.75 kW motor (380V), ensuring reliable operation with low        energy consumption.

        During the trial run, the conveyor belt operated smoothly with uniform material movement and stable drive system performance. The test results demonstrated the equipment's reliable conveying capability and suitability for laboratory environments.
